We have a 100 day return policy. Since we are selling swim trunks, we do follow a few rules: the product must be returned unused and in the original packaging, including labels. The shipping costs for returning are for your account. Do you want a different size or a different style? Then we will send it to you free of charge. Send an e-mail to info@narwal.shop with your order number and name. We will provide you further instructions.

Bestellingen die vóór 22:00 uur worden geplaatst, worden dezelfde dag nog verzonden.

• Nederland en België: Pakketten worden vaak de volgende dag al bezorgd.
• Europa: Voor de meeste Europese landen is de levertijd 2-5 dagen.
• Amerika: Voor Amerika is dit doorgaans 5-6 dagen.

Op het moment dat het pakket is aangemeld bij onze vervoerder, ontvang je een e-mail met de trackingcode. Houd deze goed in de gaten.

We have two types of swimming trunks in our collection. One collection is made of recycled plastic bottles and the other one is made of a mixture of coconut shells, polyester and spandex. We always strive for the most sustainable solution, so we keep innovating on materials. In addition, we use as little packaging as possible and again, we only use recycled materials. All materials are certified by independent bodies.
